Federica Richardson

I am Federica, 31yo. I was born in Italy but have been in Australia for 14 years. Now I am a Permanent resident here and soon a citizen. I love the Australian culture and everything about this country. In my free time, I enjoy walking, reading and spending time at the beach with my family and my dog. Summer is my favourite season. My husband is Australian and we have a 7yo daughter together . I have been working in debt collection for more than 2 years now but ready for a new adventure and eager for a new challenge. I am a bright and energetic person who has a positive look at both my private and professional life. Customer service is what I enjoy the most because I love engaging with people and provide help. I speak Italian and Spanish fluently, I do understand and speak a bit of Spanish.
