At the beginning of 2024 i finally decided to moved in Australia that has always been my dream. Here is when I started in the cocktail bar of the best steakhouse in Sydney.

After The court i took the opportunity to work in a restaurant in a famous maritime city close to Rome that is on a promontory overlooking the sea where i was managing the bar.

After my last experience in London i came back in Italy where i started in The Court, cocktail Bar insiede The Hotel Palazzo Manfredi in front of The Colossium in Rome.

This bar is still in the top 100 cocktail bar in the world and one of the best hotel in the World competition.

Here is were i came back in London and i started work for one of the best cocktail bars in London.

I started like bartender where i increased many skills making preps and classic cocktails and after i was helping managing the team.

One of the best place in Sardinia close to the sea, the place is a mix between Peruvian and Japanese cuisine with high-quality cocktails.

Increased customer service by providing excellent service and high-quality cocktails in one of the best rooftop hotel in Rome.

This was my first experience behind the Bar in London where i had the chance to start working in one of the best city where you can improve bartending skills.
