• Managing the end-to-end process of investment trading remediation incidents analysis.
• Defining business requirements by analysing the problem, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and researching and resolving issues
• Working closely with data analysts-to explore and understand key data and system requirement points
• Building strong relationships with subject matter-experts to assess problems and propose potential solutions
• Defining and managing project timelines, and ensuring delivery in line with milestones
• Liaising with test analysts, change managers and operations teams to-ensure successful-execution

• Periodic Distributions/rebates processing and allocation
• EOFY AMIT Tax reports preparation
• Asset holdings Reconciliations and breaks Investigation
• Term deposit rollover process
• Fund Terminating Process
• Frozen fund monitoring

• Bank Reconciliation (Cash to Client)
• Analyzing date to identifying and resolve any breaks
• Preparation of Trial Balance and P&L and balance sheet for periodic review
• Processing Monthly accrual journals
• Daily liquidity maintenance

• Asset Holding monthly reconciliation (Managed Funds /Listed Shares/Term deposits)
• Rectifying the reason for discrepancies
• Daily Trade runs
• Distribution Allocation for managed funds
• Dividend allocation for Listed shares
