With 15 years of teaching experience, I have developed extensive expertise in supporting students with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities and learning challenges. My ethos includes collaborating closely with parents, implementing evidence-based interventions, and using assistive technologies to enhance learning outcomes. I lead both student group interventions and staff professional learning, supported by strong communication, organisation, and reporting skills. Throughout my career, I have fostered inclusive school cultures and achieved positive outcomes for students with additional needs through teamwork and a strengths-based approach.
