Felix Huang

As a Master of Planning graduate, I am seeking to support the delivery of well-informed, sustainable development outcomes as a Planning Officer. Through a work placement at Huon Valley Council, I developed a solid understanding of the RMPS and statutory planning processes, along with hands-on experience in assessing development proposals. I bring a strong foundation in land use planning, with proficiency in GIS software and LISTdata to support evidence-based decision-making on key local issues, such as traffic management, environmental constraints, and sustainable growth. I am committed to supporting the Council’s strategic goals and contributing to the community’s long-term sustainability.
