Other information

I was the main carer for mother-in-law, Leonisa Ramos, from March 2011 until her passing away in July 2015.   She had a stroke in May 2009 and was released to a nursing home after she came out from the hospital.  We took her out from there as she never wanted to be in a nursing home. Furthermore, she wasn't well taken care of there.
