Working at Jb primarily involves selling various items to customers requiring vast product knowledge as well as an ability to understand customer needs to qualify them for the perfect product.

As a florist, I would work very closely with customers to understand their situation to find the best flowers for them based on their likes, budget, and situation. During peak periods of the year and holidays large crowds of customers would form giving me experience in balancing large volumes of customers to serve and making orders.

From greeting customers at the front podium to serving customers their drinks and popcorn and maintaining cleanliness in all the cinemas, I got a lot of hands-on experience when it came to working with both customers and fellow employees.
