  • The TA team supported recruitment across APAC, mainly focused on ANZ, Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines
  • Team of 4 recruiters plus myself, covering an average of 70-90 vacancies at a time
  • Positions recruited included: Group Financial Controller; Sr Project Managers; Implementation consultants, Product Development (full stack; front-end, back-end, UI/UX, QA; Oracle DBAs), Payroll Team leads, Sr Payroll Officers, Payroll interns
  • Focus on direct recruitment with limited agency vendor use
  • End-to-end recruitment in close partnership with HR team - HR services team manages background checks and contracts; local HRBP’s manage visas
  • Responsible for TA strategy, budget and resourcing as well as team management

  • End to end recruitment as needed for innovative Australian locally manufactured medical device company with successful recruitment of several specialist roles
  • Provision of interim internal recruitment services for the NSW commercial business unit of a large Australian building supply organisation until a new recruitment model was in place, in close partnership with the NSW business lead. Successful delivery of recruitment priorities, including establishment of recruitment reporting and 3 successful recruitment events across Sydney

Talent Acquisition responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of recruitment for all roles at Amgen Australia including direct sourcing and agency management.
  • Partnering closely with the business to understand talent needs; market mapping as required.
  • Candidate care from first contact through to offer stage, including reference checking and offer negotiation.
  • Management of and participation in interview process, including drafting of interview materials and training of managers on the Amgen recruitment process and interview skills as required.
  • Roll-out and maintenance of online Applicant Tracking Systems and updates.
