• As Head of Retail I was responsible for the strategy, growth and delivery of retail sales and client experience across boutiques and David Jones concessions
• My role is primarily focussed on inspiring and motivating the retail team to deliver a world-class customer and brand experience, as well as delivering results and generating commercial success
• The role is responsible for ensuring retail strategies and goals align to the business strategy, and creating a positive sales and customer focused culture through an engaged workforce across the retail business nationally

• Growing the retail business from 6 boutiques to 16 over 5 years
• Opening 11 DJs concessions
• Growing the retail team from 40 to 180+
• Managing yearly successful warehouse sales
• Developed, lead and delivered training programs
• Launching a leading and innovative clientelling platform in partnership with The Wishlist
• Delivering a highly engaged and high quality retail culture

• Engaging Australian Style Institute for retail training and accreditations
• Introduced and engaged platforms to support productivity and information for best practice such as Kepler Analytics and TRS connect
• Grew the Asian business with a dedicated team, engaging platforms and promotional plan delivering over $1.8m per year and growing
• Established performance metrics and evaluated employee performance against established goals.
• Cultivated a culture of excellence by providing feedback and coaching team members.
• Implemented successful business strategies to increase revenue and target new markets.

• As VM Manager I was responsible for growing all VM elements and touch points of the Trenery brand, the establishment of the VM team and management of 38 retail stores, 31 South African stores and 42 David Jones sites

• As Fashion Merchandising Manager I was responsible for all VM communication, commercial focus and development of direction across all CR stores
• Responsible for all VM Coordinators - Womenswear, Menswear, Homeware, Childrenswear and concession
• Managed all store openings, collateral required, floor plans from development to final sign off, opening layout, setting up profile books and post opening review
• Managed the South African business, providing direction, feedback, seasonal handovers and training
• Key stakeholder in RMIT development and Mentor program
