  • The design and implementation of an onboarding and employee records process to reduce costs, enhance employee satisfaction, and drive efficiencies.
  • Designed, developed, and implemented AIMG’s Health, Wellbeing, and Inclusion Strategy with positive feedback and impact on both the team and external partners. This included the rollout of a buddy program, wellbeing initiatives that focused on mental health, energy management, sleep, and nutrition, as well as the implementation of an EAP program through one of our partners.
  • Designed, developed, and rolled out the AIMG Career Transition program including running a successful careers and networking evening with key sport and events leaders and partners, 1:1 coaching and workshops, and ongoing communication of suitable vacancies both in Australia and overseas.
