  • I was engaged by the Westfield/GPT Groups joint venture to work with its executive to stabilise Westfield Penrith shortly after its acquisition. My brief was to relaunch the Centre with more recognised and well-established brands, to offer a more aspirational shopping experience to the region and increase sales. Under my leadership, the asset achieved this and was stabilised within nine months, not two years as forecasted.
  • The introduction of these strategies increased sales, where Rebel Sport rose from number 15 in Australian sales to number three, Target rose to number one and Hoyts to Number one in their respective national sales categories.
