I am currently employed with the NGP Group at Southern Highland Motors Group (SHMG) Moss Vale and N G P Wollongong Pty Ltd Wollongong Mazda as Financial Controller.

NGP Group has given me a broad exposure to all facets in the motor industry due to its location in rural area.

I consider myself highly respected Manager of both Dealerships and work well with all employees both at a high level down to our technicians on a first name basis.

My role extends itself to general management in all areas of the motor industry ranging from sales, fixed operations and IT.

Intimate involvement with Wollongong Mazda developing business plan together with Dealer Principal to improve MSI.

Cross training in all areas of the motor industry is imperative for the success of these businesses. I work closely with these two Dealerships to manage all areas both front end sales and fixed operations.

Involved in Management meetings aiding Managers to achieve their KPI’s both Sales targets and customer service KPI’s across all manufacturers.

Prior to NGP I was employed with the Tony White Group at Illawarra Toyota, Illawarra Hino, Fuso Illawarra, Wilsons Holden and Albion Park Mitsubishi, as an Accountant from Dec 2013 to April 2016.

I have also been self-employed in the hospitality industry for most of my life which has given me extensive customer service experience, accounting, managerial, and organisational skills.
