• Performed underground plumbing work, including manual digging and installation of stormwater pipes connected to roof downpipes.
• Installed hot and cold water systems, toilets, and gas lines in new residential buildings.

• Carried out roof plumbing work, including timber framing, waterproof sarking, clips, and panel installation.

• Bill of quantities and cost estimation
• I worked as a surveyor in a plumbing company, where I was responsible for technical drawings, site measurements, and project documentation. Every Saturday morning, I carried out material and cost estimates based on villa construction projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource planning.
• Gas Distribution Pipe Installation
• Installation of polyethylene pipes for gas distribution, laying pipelines up to 40 meters long with diameters between 90 and 110 mm. Use of electrofusion welding to ensure secure, leak-proof connections while complying with safety standards.
• Water Distribution Pipe Installation
• Installation of polyethylene pipes for water distribution from meters to residential properties. Use of plastic fittings with internal gaskets, connected and tightened with pipe wrenches to ensure stability and leak-proof joints. Final system functionality check performed.
• Installation of Water Supply and Drainage Systems
• Implementation of plumbing systems for sanitary fixtures, connecting supply pipes to end-user points (sinks, toilets, showers, bidets) and ensuring proper water flow. Installation and connection of drainage pipes to pre-installed columns, ensuring proper slopes for optimal wastewater discharge. Final functionality check performed before handover.
• Installation of Underfloor Heating and Heated Towel Rails
• Laying and positioning of insulating panels for underfloor heating, ensuring a uniform base for pipe installation. Installation of pipes beneath the surface for even heat distribution and connection to the manifold, with temperature regulation for optimal energy efficiency. Mounting and plumbing of heated towel rails in bathrooms, integrating them with the central heating system. Final testing performed to ensure proper functionality, optimal performance, and thermal comfort.
• Installation and Connection of Air Conditioning Systems
• Positioning and securing the external motor unit for air conditioner operation, ensuring stability and proper ventilation. Installation and connection of indoor units, laying refrigerant pipes and making electrical connections. Charging the refrigerant gas and testing system functionality. Final check to ensure efficiency, safety, and thermal comfort.
• Boiler Installation
• I have experience in boiler installation, including the installation of gas and condensing boilers. I handle system connections, pipe installation, and roof venting to ensure a proper and functional setup.
• Tinsmith / Rooftop Plumber
• Experience in the fabrication and installation of sheet metal roofing, gutters, and rainwater drainage systems.
• Gas System Installation with Copper Piping
• Installation of copper gas systems using press-fitting technology, from the manifold to kitchens and boilers.

I have worked as a surveyor in a technical office, handling topographic surveys, CAD drawings, building and cadastral practices, as well as site supervision and coordination with companies and clients. I also have experience in property administration, managing accounting, budgets, supplier relations, and organizing meetings.
