Prior to departure on maternity leave, I was recognised as one of the most senior female front line managers in the state initiating a mentor role.


In 2013 I commenced a small business, providing catering and celebration cakes. This business has served well generating profitability and consistent cashflow from an established group of loyal clients whilst providing flexibility to work around children's schedules, when they were younger.
