I was hired to help the whole team with their projects. My main tasks were to:

• Create plans and 3D models of buildings, such as residential houses, public establishments, and private companies. This allowed me to extract data and estimate the project cost.
• Write contractual documents like Technical Specifications in which I described how each part of the building should be executed by the companies.
• Find technical solutions to solve issues in my own renovation projects, mainly by going on site to take measurements, list which materials are reusable or not in the buildings, interact with third parties, etc...

I was hired because they needed extra workforce for the upcoming selling season. I integrated a team where we had to carry plants, bushes, flowers and trees in pots from 7L up to 130L. There were three main tasks in this job :

• The first task was the selling section, where we took plants from different culture areas, and loaded them onto carts to bring them to the truck-loading area.
• The second task was to pot plants in bigger pots by removing them from the old pots to the new ones, adding soil and compacting it, setting hemp chips on top and load them onto the carts.
• The last one was to tie young plants to metallic structures so they can grow and be sold in the coming years. We had to load and unload our carts, tie the plant, and set the dripper.

I worked in this architecture agency for my studies. During this apprenticeship, I got 3 different caps:

• Apprentice BIM Modeler: I used various software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Dalux. I created plans, realistic and schematic renders, promotional videos, phasing plans, and implementation plans for the construction projects.
• Building Economist : I mainly used ATTIC+, Excel, and GanttProject to do planning, estimations at different phases and quantity survey. I rebuilt the attic+ library to speed up the work afterwards.
• Apprentice in eco-conception : It was my thesis topic, I created a tool by myself to help architects know whether or not the design of their projects exceed the carbon thresholds of the regulation.
