• Assist Manager to monitor and optimize 60Tonnes per Hour Crude Palm Oil mill (Continuous sterilizer System) and 2.5 Tonnes per Hour of Kernel Crushing Plant to achieve maximum production output,analyze production data to identify and address operational efficiencies.
• Oversee daily production report including FFB received,FFB Grading,Quality and Quantity of CPO/CPKO to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Organized and plan for milling operation day to day basis and monitoring safety compliances.
• To liaise with Manager for CPO/CPKO dispatched for shipment.

• Trained Papua New Guinean in Laboratory based on Quality and Quantity Analysis of Palm Product such as Crude Palm Oil and Palm Kernel
• Monitoring water treatment plant and conduct water quality test for raw water, treatment water and boiler water
• Supervise dispatched stocks CPO and PK for shipments
• Responsible for production report and monitor all quality control parameters, analysis and laboratory reports
• Facilitate maintenance for laboratory equipment

• Having experiences to conduct testing for Synthetic Rubber for Mooney Viscosity, Ash, Thermoplastic Elastomer Tension and Volatile Test
• Have been exposed to ASTM standard testing method and ISO standard
• Instruments Skills:

A) Muffle Furnace (Model MF-05)

B) Mooney Viscometer (Model EKTRON)

• Having experiences to conduct crude palm oil, palm kernel, and all refinery product such as Olein, Sterin
• Had been trained based on Malaysia Palm Oil Board (MPOB) Palm Oil Research Association of Malaysia (PORAM) and Waste Water Treatment testing

B) Shizmadzu Spectrophotometer For DOBI Test
