I have gained extensive experience in high-paced hospitality environments, focusing on customer satisfaction and efficiency. I have also developed exceptional communication and multitasking skills, ensuring smooth operation and enhanced guest experiences. With a friendly and positive attitude perfectly suited for customer service, I am looking to transition into new field, leveraging these skills to contribute effectively in different setting.
My main job scope was to greet and seat customers. I would usually guide them through our menu and the buffet table, and ensure they have a friendly and welcoming experience. I poured and prepared cold beverages and hot soup for customers. I also maintained clean and organized dining area by clearing, cleaning and wiping tables and chairs to remove residue and comply with hygiene and health regulations.
Occasionally, I also helped out in the kitchen to prepare ingredients and hot food for the buffet table. I would always follow the SOPs and ensure food served were from quality and fresh ingredients.
Through my year of working there, I have developed strong relationships with regular customers, leading to increased loyalty and repeat business. I have also earned the trust of my managers, which led to me being in charge of cash transactions, ensuring accountability and proper financial reporting at the end of each shift. I was also responsible of training new staff members on company policies and procedures.
I was able to deliver exceptional service even under high-pressure situations, working at least 10 hours each shift. I earned the title "Best Staff" after joining the team for just one month, and got plenty of good feedback from customers.
