  • Built agreements team and operating rhythm to work on two major projects. Worked collaboratively and coordinated with ADA and legal team to set strategy and align goals for S&T data sharing. ensured reporting to whole of agency progress each fortnight to keep the CEO up to date with this priority project. Negotiating persuasively with states and territories to enter into a data sharing agreement between the states and the NDIA. first data sharing agreement signed in July 2025 after the last round of negotiations recommenced in 2023.
