With over 35 years of experience at Autism Queensland(AQ) spanning frontline and management roles, I bring extensive industry-specific expertise, established key stakeholder relationships, and proven leadership. As Autism Queensland's Chief Operations Officer, I oversee all aspects of AQ’s service delivery ensuring alignment with AQ's strategic plan, vision, mission, and values. I am eager to extend my passion and experience to the role of CEO and the opportunity to lead the organisation in its next chapter.
As AQ's COO I provide leadership, direction and guidance to AQ's service delivery (School, Consultancy and Learning, Employment, Therapy, Supported Accommodation) and R&D teams. As a member of the executive leadership team, I have responsibility for the alignment of AQ operations to AQ's strategic plan.
