  • Commencing her professional career in a Marketing role with an international FMCG brand for 8 years, Francesca joined the recruitment industry and developed and managed a substantial accounting recruitment business on the North Shore in Sydney, NSW. She often partnered with CEOs, CFOs and other senior management for the hiring of all finance and accounting staff. An opportunity to co-purchase an established Business Support business, saw Francesca take on Managing Director responsibilities with eight staff and report to the Group Managing Director. In 1998, Francesca moved to Melbourne to further develop her career and relocated to Italy for eight years. She also worked in London and returned to Sydney in 2009 joining people2people (owned by previous directors known to her) to develop a new office client in the Northern Suburbs. Francesca has consolidated her 25 years of experience in all areas of recruitment and working alongside HR by managing people2people HR Solutions, the outsourcing arm of the business and was responsible for managing major accounts and tenders. Looking for a sea change, Francesca relocated to the Central Coast in March of 2020 and took advantage of the lockdown period to undertake full-time studies in her areas of interest; Training & Development, Behavioural Profiling and Leadership Coaching. Additional certifications in eDiSC (extended) and NLP piqued Francesca's interest to start her own consultancy and continue her passion to train the business sector on how to optimise employee performance.
