A little bit about me. Following my GCSE’s, I pursed a two-year BTEC in Public Services where I obtained a Level 3 qualification in this field after passing with success. I really enjoyed my time studying for two years, and I believe my experiences improved my ability to communicate with people of all ages and educational backgrounds as well as contributing to my proficiency with IT programs, document creation and sharing ideas with peers through presentations and group discussions.

I am a dedicated and enthusiastic customer service professional with lots of experience in delivering exceptional service in fast-paced environments. My strong communication skills allow me to effectively connect with diverse customers, ensuring that their needs are understood and met. I have a proven experience though my hospitality contracts, resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently, consistently turning challenging situations into positive outcomes.

I thrive on problem-solving and am skilled at using creative approaches to address customer concerns, which not only enhances satisfaction but also builds long-lasting relationships. I take pride in my ability to work collaboratively with team members to create a supportive and dynamic environment, where we can collectively meet and exceed customer expectations.

My passion for helping others drives my commitment to continuous improvement, both personally and professionally. I actively seek feedback and embrace training opportunities to refine my skills and stay updated on best practices in customer service.

I am eager to expand my experience in customer service while contributing to a positive and atmosphere for both customers and colleagues. As an individual, I take pride in my work and like to complete any tasks to the best of my abilities.

I enjoy working as a member of a team and am always ready for the next challenge. I am a structured and hard-working individual, and I feel that this would benefit me whilst working in a customer service role I work and act in a professional manner and I show commitment and dedication to any task that is given to me.
