While working at Lacen Belder I have been involved in the rectification work at a multi story apartment complex in Brunswick

i have experience using a wide range of power and hand held tools

heavy duty jack hammers, demo saws, core drills and everything in between.

The scope of work included various tasks such as core drilling, form work, concreting, concrete cutting, concrete grinding, caulking, painting, concrete removal, demolition, fixing & securing, pressure washing, trench digging, water proofing and more

I have also been involved in smaller rectification jobs at this company involving stripping balconies down which have failed water testing and re water proofing them

Managed a team doing upgrade lighting systems in factories. Changing over old style high bay lights to new LED lighting.

We also worked on other projects throughout this time doing standard residential electrical work.

In this company I was responsible for providing on call electrical services to residential properties which included tasks such as lighting and power installations as well as general house hold electrical maintenance

For the first 7 months at this company I was working on a commercial apartment complex in northcote doing light and power.

Rest of the duration here was doing solar installations on residential homes and some commercial factories

The duration of time at earth electrical was spent at a project in the city doing the electrical at Zen apartments where I was mainly fitting off and roughing in apartment rooms.
