No matter the country or team I have collaborated with, a few key themes have always been front and centre: Resilience, Transparency, Collaboration, Work Hard and deliver Value. These themes have proven to assist in the team's collective success, and in building strong team cultures.

Throughout my career, a key belief is in Value. Value your time an deliver the best effort. Value the time of your colleagues and customers. Value feedback, collaboration and the impact you can make on a business. Finally, obtain value by working ON improving the business, so sales leaders and their teams can spend more time IN the business, with customers and partners.
