during my time at Anaconda i have progressed from a casual team member working my way through to full time employment, my duties and responsibilities include using constructive sales techniques to provide the customer with the most suitable products based on their individual needs.

Other responsibilities include the following,

• cash handling
• processing sales through a POS system including refunds
• processing of online orders and click and collects using zebra PDA devices with an array of applications
• manifesting pickups for online orders for multiple different courier companies.
• receipt of goods inward from both the company warehouse and direct from trade partner, which involves attention to detail to maintain accuracy and stock integrity.
• amending any short or over supplied deliveries with trade partners to ensure they are paid correctly.
• warranty claims
• general store standards work and stock filling/merchandising involving lifting heavy stock and boxes repeatedly.
• resolving to the best of my ability any customer grievances

during my time at carswell auto electrical, i remained employed on a part time basis at Anacondda. My duties included diagnosing and repairing faulty alternators, starter motors and other electrical vehicle components. other responsibilities included.

• Running cables through different types of vehicles
• Ordering certain stock
• Picking up parts from different suppliers
• Maintaining a tidy work space and workshop
• General house keeping duties
• Frequent test driving and operation of lots of different vehicles.
