My experience as a Team leader at McDonald’s taught me a lot. I started as a standard crew member for my fist job and quickly became team leader. I was told my problem solving and teamwork skills were perfect for the role. My communication skills developed 10 fold as I was speaking to people from all demographics and all ages.

Secondly, my experience for Kilworth flooring was vital in the way I see work now, I learnt a lot and had to pay close attention to all tasks as I was constantly learning new things. I started off there doing freelance work as a 16 year old. I decided I really enjoyed the job and tasks I had accomplished so i took the full time job that was offered to me as they saw something good in me.
