I am a husband and a farther of 4 children living in the Coffs Harbour area leading an active lifestyle and have a passion for all things sport and outdoors and am currently working as a Sales Representative for Bidfood in the food service industry.

With a long career as a chef in the hospitality and offshore Industries I have always had a passion for food and the operations of kitchens restaurants and Galleys gaining excellent management and people skills in high pressure situations from Ala carte to bulk buffet catering.

Working on both sides of the industry from foodservice to commercial cookery has given me a wealth of experience and skill to be a valuable member for any establishment.
