  • During COVID-19 I was informed of a great opportunity to work for CQV as a resident support officer which was a challenging and a good learning experience for me
  • However, was a challenging year for every person living in Victoria and across the nation
  • I was committed to maintain strict quarantine protocols while providing essential support and communication to residents and international arrivals
  • Supported a safe environment for people arriving from overseas, community members and frontline workers who are required to enter a compulsory period of quarantine at the hotel
