Youth of Asia Model United Nations was a privately organized conference that helped me gain experience in customer service. I was the main point of contact for the attendees, delegates, sponsors and all the departments of the conference including the logistics department, registration department etc. The preparation for the conference started in January 2017 and the conference took place in August. During these seven months, my duties included providing assistance to the team, responding to the queries of potential attendees, making amends with the guests of the conference, selling tickets for the conference, meeting potential sponsors, managing Facebook page, meeting venue sponsor and resolving any issues that took place during the preparation of the conference along with the actual dates of the conference.
