Gabriel Boxer

I served a large number of customers throughout each night, special event and weekend rush, both with a co-worker and alone.

I was responsible for handling all bar duties including but not limited to keeping track of stock, cleaning, and handling cash and EFTPOS transactions.

My shift's covered both opening and closing the bar, and serving customers delicious drinks to their satisfaction.

I was responsible for grilling, frying and assembling the food.

I also took orders from customers in the drive through and front counter.

I had to work under time sensitive and high pressure situations to make sure that customers got their food on time.

I learned how to work well in a team and help create a good team working environment.
