Day Crew supervisor:
- Organizing and picking all bulk products for various crew (filterers, scalers, Gill Gutters, Oyster shuckers, ect.)
- Over seeing the processing of these products (Filleting, gutting, peeling, shucking ect.).
Cleaning Supervisor:
