Responsible for developing new parts for services using Creo software, making field visits to design the necessary parts and ensuring that the designs meet the real needs of the work environment. I develop improvement projects for the post sales system, facilitating the work of field technicians and improving service efficiency. I identify opportunities to reduce costs on items in the service portfolio, implementing solutions that maintain quality while optimizing resources. In addition, I create and manage KPIs to monitor the development of cost reduction projects and initiatives, ensuring that the established objectives are met. I also provide support to service-related areas, including the registration of items in the post sales management system and the identification of parts, promoting efficient integration between teams.

Responsible for the design and development of snack machines and production lines through research and trend analysis.

This includes creating 2D/3D drawings and specifications with the PTC Creo 3.0 Design tool, as well as providing support to the IT Engineering department in using the SAP system.
