Small side project including the designing, material taking off and quantity take off, constructing and finalizing the project. Projected to complete the construction of an inbuilt large chicken coop and run, needing the construction of precast, concrete separator walls, cut & fill of land multiple tons of land and risk and & safety management report due to hazardous nature nearby the dedicated site. Built strong vendor relationships to facilitate favourable pricing on required materials.

Restaurant Chain Construction: Partook in the design process and followed through / learning the construction management skills and engineering practices when designing commercial restaurants when building our family restaurant chain in very different locations, i.e.: shopping centre, central canter and mountain side. Reviewed all drawings of lead architect and PM, Milan Tucker at young age resulting in current interest for a career in the urban development industry.

Family Projects: Maintained contact and present in construction fit out of multiple apartments in Italy, learning different laws and regulations of Italy's construction, unpacking the similarities and differences of both the country's construction management & project management methods. Apartments constructed were in locations such as Orbetello, Tuscany. Collevechio and Rome, Italy.

Learned starting processes of project management when commencing the construction of multiple buildings such as townhouses, commercial properties and apartment buildings. Followed 12 lot subdivision project to its entirety, from design to construction, being taught the importance of schedules and communication of construction management which got me my starting knowledge. Learned further communication processes using BIM development, alongside sketches, 3-D models and renders,Cost X, Revit and Archicad models used to communicate final project to stakeholders.
