Site HSE Advisor simultaneously for both; Westmead Hospital Pediatric Services Building Project ($350Mill) and Cumberland West Mental Health Services Relocation Project ($40Mill).

• Lead the health, safety & environmental function for the project; positively impacting the Health, Safety & Environmental culture on the project and effectively manage the safety management system requirements
• Support the delivery of corporate HSE initiatives and programs
• Lead the investigation of HSE related incidents and injuries and notify the state regulator (where relevant)
• Report on the compliance to the HSE management system and recommend opportunities for improvement
• Support the State HSEQ Manager in driving HSE performance by identifying trends, statistics and compliance issues
• Lead regular HSE audits and report on the results, including non-conformances
• Develop effective working relationships with clients and external stakeholders to proactively engage on HSE issues
• Experience of developing a strong safety culture, with the leadership maturity to manage a multi-disciplined team
• Ability to establish rapport and influence internal and external stakeholders that results in effective lasting relationships

Site WHSE Advisor - $100Mill New Build Oran Park Shopping Centre

• Perform Internal HSEQ Audits to assess site safety and compliance
• Conduct spot checks and ensure subcontractor adherence to safety and compliance standards
• Review and advise on SWMS
• Oversee and maintain the Plant and Scaffold Registers for accurate equipment tracking
• Support Site Supervisors in facilitating engaging and effective team and site toolbox talks
• Regularly maintain, inspect, and test emergency response equipment to ensure readiness
• Ensure timely and accurate HSEQ reporting through company systems for tracking and documentation
• Develop and implement SOPs to standardize safety practices
• Monitor and verify team qualifications, tickets, and licenses to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Issue Safety Notices and manage subcontractor non-compliance issues to mitigate risk
• Liaise effectively with clients and centre management to resolve site-related concerns and challenges
• Competence in various IMS platforms such as Procore, Hammertech and 1Breadcrumb for management of project HSE compliance

• Initial source of advice and assurance for the Nuclear Medicine Manufacturing Precinct in achieving safety and compliance in line with safety and radiation regulatory bodies
• Develop training workshops - deliver to project teams and contract supervisors
• Builders Panel - evaluating EOI’s and tenders for new building contracts

• Identifying, developing, and implementing safety and compliance initiatives to the project delivery teams in NSW, VIC and QLD
• Managing and maintaining company licenses, registrations and client qualifications - ultimately the company's eligibility to operate
• Managing budgets and generating PO's
• Conducting WHSEQ Audits and Risk Assessments
• Identifying training needs of Site Staff and facilitating training and up-skilling
• Training new Site Team employees on Project Management Platforms, WHSEQ requirements and company expectations
