- Assisted engineers to complete a variety of data and information entry tasks.
- Checked and collected information of roads with using ArcGIS.

- For example, the boss wanted to add the chinese traditional-style drawing on the front wall of villas
- However, our architect found that it was too dicult to deal with
- It would cost a lot of time
- Finally, the architect team cooperated with the engineer team(I was one of the engineers) to convince the boss to give up the idea at a certain meeting
- Negotiating with the local government
- For example, the government judged that there were supposed to be two re escapes for re safety reasons in some residential buildings of our project, but it was not true
- We prepared amounts of explanatory materials and details of the design to persuade the functionary
- After a few negotiations, our appeal was approved

- Making renovation budgets for clients
- For example, a client requested that all appliances in the kitchen must be Miele brand
- However, I found that it was over budget, so I discussed it with the client, to work out a solution
- I recommend lots of alternative kitchen appliances to the client, but he did not accept those recommendations
- Finally, I decreased the cost on other parts of the house, to make the budget for the kitchen greater
- The requirement of the customer was satised at the end
