Project Overview – Sify Technologies (Telecom & Data Services)

Sify provides Telecom, Data Center, Cloud, and Application Integration services. The project focused on consolidating distributed data from heterogeneous sources into an Oracle EDWH, enabling metrics-based analysis on sales performance, service effectiveness, engineer productivity, and financial KPIs. A Data Mart was developed on top of the EDWH, and insights were delivered to business users through OBIEE Analytics dashboards.
