  • Company Overview: Knowledge Asset Management is a specialist company that often reports to multiple stakeholders with regards to property, buildings and mechanical assets. We report on condition, defects forecasts and maintenance issues.
  • Knowledge Asset Management has a vast array of clientele from Universities through to local government and councils
  • My role is to project manage all contracts and liaise with all stakeholders and bring in our contracts on time and within budget. I also conduct condition audits of all building components that make up a building and form a decision on the overall condition of the building and provide a structured pathway to the improvement of the building condition and starting points for this to occur.
  • The reports that I generate for the building managers help with their asset management plans and any potential risks that may be forthcoming and how to diminish this possible risk. Some notable assets that I have reported on are – Bondi Pavilion (Waverley Council), 67 individual assets – (Cowra Council) and Deakin University (their whole building portfolio).

  • I delivered Certificate 3 in Carpentry, Certificate 3 in Carpentry and Joinery to 1st, 2nd and 3rd year apprentices, this included all marking and record keeping as well as parent and employer contacts to confirm progress of the apprentices.

  • Company Overview: A contracting property development business.
  • I would typically purchase demolition properties and re-build/develop these properties which would include:- underpinning, re-stumping (bearers, joists, floors) re-roof, new gutters and down pipes, waterproofing wet areas, re-wire and re-plumb, some with major extensions, including footings, repair and restoration of windows and features, new kitchens and bathrooms through to final fit out (including running custom moldings and plastering). All Project Management tasks were carried out by myself, including the overseeing of plumbing and electrical contractors.
  • During this period I would also tender for various demolition and smaller civil projects including asbestos removal, and demolished multiple buildings in the Illawarra area. Reclaiming materials from these projects for recycling, eg., floors, windows, doors, bricks, kitchens, cast iron and ceramic bathroom fittings, fireplaces and surrounds, and architectural hardware. Many of these items I would integrate back into my own development projects or on-sell. These projects were carried out with strict adherence to the BCA and Local Council Guidelines.
