With digitalisation project, Origin Energy retail provides a serial applications to operate its business through mobile app. Those applications cover from customer on boarding, contract renew, view and pay invoice, submit meter reading, check usage, create payment plan and submit enquiries.

Working with digital team, provide integration support when SAP plays a backend system role, including infrastructure, system capacity, security process, business transition, data replication and flow. At the same time, working with business for requirement gathering, solution proposal and function implementation.
