• Providing strategic marine support to PNG LNG Limited, through SME advice, support, and problem-solving based on industry best practices.
• Working with PNG LNG terminal & PNG Ports on a day-to-day basis, providing SME advice, support and oversight on terminal operations
• Building a strategic framework to maintain marine operations, minimizing down time and maximize berth utilization
• Support Marine Groups contractor interfacing and management.

• Reviewing and updating documents, manuals and procedures (Continuous Improvement)
• Work with marine personnel to ensure safe, reliable, cost effective and environmentally responsible cargo transfer operations
• Supporting terminal audits as per OCIMF MTSA guidelines.
• Working closely with the Commercial Operations team to schedule LNG & Condensate tankers.
• Performing vessel inspections and MQA related assessments
• Have participated is a marine second lead in expansion project & drafted marine philosophy for the project.

Upstream Oil & Gas

• Perform Marine Nautical Technical due diligence for third party LNG / Oil terminals under SPA / JV.
• Reviewing the LNG terminals Simulations as a Subject Matter
  Expert.
• Provide marine operations support in Calm Buoy project
  - developing Navigation aids / producing marine philosophy /
  attending bridge simulations to understand feasibility of navigation channel / meeting/discussions with Government officials / pilots /drafting roadmap to overcome various challenges.
• Assiting in developing contracting framework for tugs
• Provide support in undertaking ship/shore compatibility
  assessments.
• Providing support to various marine LNG terminals related
  activities.

Sustainability

• Provide support to LCS team in drafting NH3 contract terms for FOB SPA / Reviewing redlines from the customer & helping team for SPA negotiations
• Assisting Higher management for developing new ventures with respect to Liquid CO2 vessels & CCS
• Analyzing the EEXI/CII of the entire TC fleet to develop
  solutions/innovative technologies to implement the GHG
  regulations in the organization.

Advocacy

• Acting as SME in supporting various marine activities in LNG/LPG.
• Provide consultancy on operational, commercial, dispute by
  providing technical support to LNG/LPG benches.
• Providing support to BU by forecasting issues that can impact
  industry due to new laws/regulations so that proactive business strategies can be developed.
• Reviewing SIGTTO,OCIMF documents & advocating changes / best practices.

Marketing Development & Origination

• Provide marine nautical technical support in Gas to Power project.
• Defining SoW & onboarding criteria for 3P consultant to carry
  feasibility/Conceptual study
• Carry out high level marine nautical technical assessment to
  develop new location for FSRU/FSU.
• Providing technical support to attend market call to sublet termed chartered LNGC.
• Assist commercials in providing technical support in converting LNGC to FSRU/FSU.

Oil/Chemical

• Provided support in developing two new marine ventures involving Ship to truck operations.
• Provide support in developing a new marine business activity that required conversion of a cargo vessel as a bunkering vessel.
• Perform initial / periodic review of STS Service providers & STS locations

· Roving Port Captain: Represented owners / charterers to act as Roving Port Captain/Cargo Expeditor for supervising quality assurance of the discharge operation and protect commercial interest of clients at various LNG Terminals.

· SMS Quality Assurance: Instrumental in developing policies and procedures for two new ship management companies.

· Onboard Trainer: Deft in delivering customized onboard training of officers and crew, including ECDIS training.

· Management - Expertise in Tanker Operations & Large Vessel Maneuvering ranging from VLCC and Product Tankers. Proficiency in implementing Safety Management System, Ship Safety and Quality Control.

· Dry dock - Has been involved in 3 dry-docks of LPG Carriers.

· Pre-vetting / Pre-PSC / Pre purchase – Attended over 2 pre vetting inspections on board oil tankers and over 10 pre purchase inspections.

· Audits – Conducted over 30 audits including navigation audits, remote navigation audits, internal ISM / ISPS audits.

· Training programs – Have developed one behavioural training programs.

• Intermediating/ negotiating between ship owners & charterers. Liaising with them on daily basis for pre/post fixtures.
• Analyzing & forecasting market· Closely monitoring the market & advising the same to the ship owners/charterers.
• Managing the vessel & cargo database
• Marketing tonnage to customers/shippers/charterers
• Negotiating spot/time charterers to achieve maximum income for the owners
