Holding a Master of Advanced Manufacturing and Technology from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Technical University, I bring over a decade of diverse experience across mechanical engineering, public transport planning, and operational coordination. As part of my Bachelor’s degree, I completed a 6-month traineeship at the Rail Coach Factory in 2004, where I successfully designed and demonstrated a Control Discharge Toilet System tailored to Indian Railways, incorporating mechanical and pneumatic design, waste treatment, and control panel integration. My career began with hands-on mechanical project work at General Motors Holden, where I focused on pneumatic systems, signage compliance, and design optimisation. I then transitioned into the public transport sector, where I have held key roles including Coordinator at Swan Transit and currently as a Planning & Disruption Officer at the Public Transport Authority (PTA). Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong skills in data analysis, scheduling using HASTUS, KPI reporting, stakeholder engagement, and service optimisation across both regional and urban networks.
