Form Input Website with Database Integration

• Utilized XAMPP, an Apache web server package integrated with PhpMyAdmin, to manage the MySQL database and facilitate the connection between the database and the website form.
• Developed a secure form input system that collects user data and seamlessly integrates it with the MySQL database using PHP scripting language, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of inputted values.
