Corporate Telephony Program: a digital transformation program that migrated all data and voice services to a new Telco service provider (including procurement and contract negotiation) including MS Teams, WAN, SDWAN deployments across the enterprise.
Emergency Management Enhancement Program: a program that delivered enhancements to emergency management capabilities provided to the public relating to disaster management (eg. Emergency Dashboard - spatial (ESRI) solutions, Survey123, ArcGIS Online).
Spatial Enablement Program: a delivery program made up of programs that deliver spatial dashboards and reporting capability fed by data updates from the field via Survey123 and Collector apps, including key public facing and internal ArcGIS solutions helping both the community and employees gain critical near real time information to help centrally based support teams make key decisions.
Delivery of FME (Feature Manipulation Engine) Flow & Python scripting to automate and translate spatial data updates from external data sources including spatial ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) translations.
Customer Application Systems: an agile program delivering business solutions utilising the Power Platform components for public-facing front end applications and MS Dynamics 365 CRM for internal back-end assessment functionality for applications.
The following programs/initiatives were delivered: Infrastructure Management Program, Corporate Telephony Program, Emergency Management Enhancement Program, Spatial Enablement Program, Customer Application Systems.
The key strategic goals for the program are: Optimising support services to ensure value for money; Streamlining governance and structure processes; and Consolidate all platforms and migrate to Azure cloud services where appropriate.
