Passionate about policy and engagement in Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal health, the team successfully led the development of these impactful initiatives during the last five years.

One notable achievement was leading the development of the NSW Ministry of Health 2024 - 2026 Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan to promote reconciliation and cultural understanding within the organization.

Additionally, the team revised the NSW Health Aboriginal Health Impact Statement, incorporating an e-Learning module and Quality Appraisal Framework.

The team also led the development and revisions of the NSW Health Services Aboriginal Cultural Engagement Audit Tool (ACEAT), ensuring culturally appropriate healthcare provision for Aboriginal people and wrote the NSW Health Framework: Embedding Aboriginal Health Principles across all Models of Care.
