· 2008 – Purchase Tatura Milk Supplies Business and open 2 new retail outlets in Tatura and Katandra West

· 2008 – Sell Transport Business to Brian Hicks Transport

· 2009 – Build new Store at Euroa and move existing Business to the new site

· 2010 – Build new Store in Tatura and move existing Business to the new site

· 2010 – Purchase 20 Acres in East end of Shepparton and develop into an Industrial Site

· 2011 – Build new Store in East Shepparton on 25,000 square metres to incorporate Mitre 10 business with current Rural Business and Trade Business

· 2012 – Move Shepparton site to East Shepparton new Business

· 2014 – Purchase Yarrawonga Mitre 10 and move existing business in Yarrawonga to this site

· 2023 – Sell existing Business to Lindsay Transport – Current Turnover of Business $100,000,000 which includes 8 Retails sites and a Grain Commodity Business
