During my time at 99 Bikes I specialize in delivering outstanding customer experiences through meeting and building great rapport with customers, resolving any objections, and ensuring satisfaction at every stage of the sales process. I also demonstrate a high level of product knowledge to answer any question that's thrown at me. I have rained new team members to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment, and upheld a high standard of safety procedures and safety checks. I have also had experience with solving both in store and customer warranty's making sure that they are solved in a timely fashion, following up with product suppliers, and keeping all warranty's to a minimum.
