  • I started out as a Product Support Manager and was promoted to Product Manager (Online Payments) in 2022 due to my performance.
  • This role reports to the Head of Product, and I’m responsible for the overall lifecycle management of products such as SecurePay, NAB Transact and POLi.
  • Spearheaded the implementation of key functionalities such as Apple Pay, EMV 3D Secure, and DCC to optimise merchants' website checkout experience for both transaction speed and security.
