· Administration duties

· Completing and posting the weekly crew schedule.
· Handling manager and crew pay roll management.
· Completing monthly and weekly inventories and statically variance report.
· Calculating the restaurant’s Build-To’s and ordering of food,
· Helping to budget and control assigned profit and loss line items.
· Using proper security and verification procedures when handling deposits and safe contents.
· Maintaining restaurant safety awareness and security procedures.
