  • Supported the uplift of Telstra Retail/Spatial Insights hardware and maintained telemetry data.
  • Performed benchmark testing on new hardware devices to enhance hardware diversity on the Spatial Insights platform.
  • Led the nationwide rollout of 300+ Spatial Insights devices to Telstra Retail stores.
  • Provided technical support to customers using the Spatial Insights product.
  • Migrated a fleet of 300+ devices to the Azure IoTHub platform.
  • Defined, implemented, and trained the Spatial Insights team on change management and incident management processes.
  • Completed end-to-end backup and restore procedures, build guides, and operation manuals for the entire Spatial Insights product to achieve operational readiness.
