Summary

I am a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Nurse with over three years of experience working within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Serivces (CAMHS) inpatient setting in the UK. Having progressed from a Staff Nurse to a Senior Nurse, I have developed a comprehensive skillset in both clinical and management capacities, particularly in managing complex mental health presentations.

My practice is rooted in trauma-informed care, with a strong understanding of Adverse Childhood Experiences and their long-term impact on mental health. I am skilled in conducting thorough risk assessments, developing effective and person-centred care plans, and managing high risk / crisis situations with empathy and professionalism.

I am deeply passionate about mental health nursing, both professionally and personally, having witnessed the challenges of mental health issues among friends and family. This has further driven my commitment to providing high quality person centred, evidence-based care, and contributing to ongoing service improvement.

I am now seeking opportunities to continue growing in my practice, supporting individuals and their families, and making a meaningful impact within the mental health sector in Australia.
