During my time at Goodstart Early Learning I have had experience in many roles, from planning cover, room leader, mentor and experience behind the desk training as 3iC.

During my time at Goodstart, I have demonstrated the following:

• Implemented developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum for children, creating positive and safe classroom environments.
• Monitored students with special needs and helped integrate into normal classroom setting.
• Gave one-on-one attention to children while maintaining overall focus on entire group.
• Ordered and restocked classroom supplies.
• Communicated with parents and other staff about student progress.
• Used classroom observations to create written summative assessments of children's development.
• Worked well within a team environment.
• Consulted with parents to build and maintain positive support networks and support continuing education strategies.
