
Currently I am undertaking a Bachelor of Science at RMIT. I am passionate about performing exceptional customer service and delivering a great experience. I am eager to develop my skills as a barista and bartender, as well as serving. The next step I want to take in my career is developing my team building and leadership skills and earning my way into a supervisor role.
Acting supervisor until November 2025 where I officially became a supervisor. During my time as a supervisor I trained new staff, worked closely with the team to boost reviews and took care of the restaurant solo during the day. I opened the restaurant and occasionally closed it.
Worked in a fast paced environment in a variety of locations, including a la carte restaurant, takeaway cafe, function shifts and pop up stands. My duties included working behind the bar, running orders, taking orders, and making coffee.
During my time at The Goods Shed, I have worked a variety of events and heavily focused on restaurant work, where I made coffees, worked the floor, and worked behind the bar.
